The Protimeter Mini is ideal for assessing the moisture condition of buildings. A colour coded scale enables the user to assess the moisture of wood and masonry at a glance. The numerical values represent the actual percent moisture content of wood (%MC) and the wood moisture equivalent (WME) of masonry and other building materials. Hence, Mini can be used to determine if the fabric of a building are in a dry, borderline or damp condition.

Optional Deep Wall Probes can be used with the Mini to measure the moisture level at depth in a wall, irrespective of the surface condition. Deep Wall Probes are very useful accessories when investigating the cause of moisture problems within buildings.

When taking readings in awkward positions, the Mini can be used with the moisture probe and lead, supplied as standard with the instrument.

The Protimeter Mini is a precision instrument suitable for a wide range of quality control applications on construction sites, for manufacturers and for storage environments. Painters and decorators use the meter to assess if plasterwork is sufficiently dry for painting.
