Sitemaster EPC must be considered by all non- domestic energy assessors who wish to stay competitive in their field.

Sitemaster EPC uses sitemaster as its framework in producing the floor plans required for an EPC, but then prompts the assessor to enter further details required for an EPC. Sitemaster EPC is fully integrated with IsBEM and automatically enters the data from the site plan to produce an EPC on site! (where a network connection is available)

Assessors use a tablet PC and a blue tooth enabled laser measure (supplied on purchase) to plot the building directly into the software. Minimal equipment helps ease of surveying with no need for paper and pencil, data is stored easily, can be adapted easily and forwarded on to be audited easily.

Sitemaster EPC not only reduces an assessor’s workload it also presents additional revenue streams from the same process, requiring little or no extra work. The highly accurate CAD plans produced whilst creating the EPC can be sold on to be used as:

• Floor plans for sales purposes
• Fire safety plans
• Lease plans
• Architectural plans (although higher degrees of accuracy will have to be obtained)

We know first hand the labour intensive process of producing a NDEPC and felt an easier approach was needed to make us more profitable, so we helped develop Sitemaster EPC.

Sign in Fee £399 with Graebert UK Ltd which includes a Leica Disto D3a-BT or £599 if you prefer want the Leica Disto D8

Training fee is £300 for two days usually involves between 5 or 6 attendees

Monthly Licence fee

12 months @ £170 pcm

24 months @ £119.50 pcm

36 months @ £96.75 pcm

There is a 2.5% discount for an annual payment or on a 3 year contract a 10% upfront discount if all 3 years are paid in advance

Training and Support

Graebert UK Ltd will be the supporter of the product and responsible for updating as the iSBEM Engine upgrades, this is expected to be approximately once or twice a year. We have recently created version 4.1 for England Wales and NI and Scotland

The solution has to be trained with the key emphasis on being a two day course with SiteMaster taking a day and SiteMaster EPC the second day.  The training session must have a level 3 or 4 accredited trainer on board as they will have the responsibility for the EPC part of the support.
