The new Quick seCure Format (QCF) is a secure drawing format. It ensures safety of your drawings when transmitted e.g. over the internet.

The format employs Strong Encryption Technology (RSA, AES) to encrypt and password protect your information. QCF files can be read using the (free) DwfView on desktop and mobile Windows devices.

With the need for mobility, the demand for secure sharing of CAD drawings grows. The development of QCF is an answer to this need to distribute design data safely to anyone who needs it.

Viewing Is Free
All recipients can open and view the protected files in DWFView at no cost, provided they type in the right password.
 
Generating QCF
The functionality for generating QCF files is encoded with most of our products and available for all supported platforms - on desktop and mobile devices. No extra installation necessary! You only need to purchase the Activation Code and activate the functionality.
