Start with a Photograph scanned or from a digital camera, load it into SM Elevations

Lens Correct the photo - this will straighten a known straight or flat surface - Lens Correction takes about 30 seconds.

Calibrate the photo - all you need is two known dimensions x-y axis, this takes about 10 seconds
Calibrate the Photo
Trace the features of the building that are shown in the photograph. Making sure that this is done accurately -
if many windows/features are the same, just do one of them because they can be copied easily in CAD.
