SiteMaster Building

It has quite sometime now since we purchased our Sitemaster equipment from you and I am pleased to say that now three of us in the office are well and truely up and running with it.  Indeed, we wonder how we managed without it.  I just wanted to thank you for all your patience for waiting for us to consider the purchase, as what was at the time a difficult economic climate for us.  I am glad to say that we have come through that, and with your excellent on the job training, we soon picked up all the ‘tricks’ and managed to turn our first commission (the five storey, multi use, largely occupied, out of square and cellular leisure premises) around in just over a week. 

The client was over the moon as it enabled him to bring forward his design period, so we were of course delighted with the results.  We have since secured several good sized measured surveys, which of course we have been able to offer great quick service, and good value fees.  We of course have benefited from increased turnaround and profitability.

The other thing that we have benefited from is increased work in areas that would normally have been cost prohibitive using traditional measuring and drawing methods.  Lease plans are now able to be prepared quickly and cost effectively, and the immediate results please solicitors who are keen to progress legal transactions.

Hi Chris,

Thank you so much for your presentation/demonstration. Fab to meet you, thank you so much for your time, patience and
invaluable teaching/ training. So much knowledge and inspiration in such a short time, and I even understood , what could
potentially be overwhelming at first to the novice, like myself..You inspired confidence in even me! To say I was blown away
by the demo, is the understatement of the century..so much so, my powers of ingenuity are being tested to the max with
regards to "I NEED it, & I NEED IT NOW!" and how to obtain this vital total system..

Option 1..Dear Santa...or more realistically, as the Japanese say- "Ichenin"- determination to succeed ...and I will have
this kit ...somehow... #Even MArkus, who isn't impressed by many things, is absolutely raving about it too..No mean feat ,
by any means..

We were very pleased to meet you and thanks for all your help learning the ropes.  Nick and I feel pretty comfortable with it now.  I managed to finish
the house by 6:30..!!  Although having said that by the end I was so much faster, and would expect the next property to be a lot quicker – we are both going
to have a practice on our own homes so that should help – mine has several curves and bays so should be a good test.

Thanks also for the invoice, I have paid you by BACS this morning, so look forward to receiving that in due course, we are hoping the new holster will be a
lot more comfortable and therefore user friendly.

Hopefully we won’t need to bother you too much but it’s good to know you are there if we get horribly stuck..!!

We were delighted with our days training and feel we both benefitted greatly!

Thanks for the great demonstration you gave us, I was a bit sceptical when we discussed it on the phone, but you proved it would do everything
you said it would and more in person when we met. I have just used it on my first live project and sure it took me a little longer than I anticipated, however,
as I walked off site with finished drawings, I still saved nearly a day on what I would have taken using traditional methods. I know on my larger projects it is going to save me days and days and will pay for itself in no time at all. In fact based on what I know now, my first medium sized project will cover the cost of the kit,
I am pretty confident about that. Great product, kit and a great presentation too I might add from yourself.

The SM Building software and the kit that comes in the bundle is so amazing, it is saving me days of time on most small to medium sized projects. Add to
that the fact that I have never had to re-visit site since I bought this set, that makes me so happy, because that was one major problem we were experiencing when most of our projects are so far away from the office. It took me a short while to get used to the methodology, but the training I paid for extra soon got me up to speed and I am glad I went with it.

Great product, great training, lovely man (Chris) well worth the money!

I was initially very wary of what I was told this software could do and the accuracy it was able to reproduce. However, a demonstration by Chris and I was hooked. I now use it on every measured survey I attend and even for a one man operation it is saving me at least a day per survey. It is the best surveying/drawing software package I have ever seen and I now wonder how I coped before I had it. I am now using SM Building all the time and have stopped updating my old AutoCAD because this does everything I want of it and more.

SiteMaster has revolutionised the way I create my drawings, the time saved by using it is invaluable to a busy practice. The staff could not have been more
helpful and the on-site training is exceptional as Chris is extremely thorough and patient in the way she takes you through the programme. In all I cannot fault either the equipment or the service and back up I have received from the staff there. Alison   What a fantastic piece of software and kit, I am very pleased I decided to buy the full kit, I actually won a decent sized project simply because I informed my clients I was able to produce the drawings on site and thus save probably 2 or 3 days time in turnaround. Great product, well worth the money!

To whom it may concern, Sitemaster Elevations has made my practice so much more competitive. We are now able to produce great quality drawings at less than half the time we were doing before. I use this now along with Sitemaster Building and the two programmes together have eliminated so much wastage, additional site visits and general problems you typically get when using traditional methods.
