Customer Services Our Customer Service team are here to help. If you need an update on the status of an order or you need to change details on an order not yet dispatched please email us. You can also track ALL orders from the Home Page of this site or from here Track Orders, order updates are carried out automatically. Customer Services can also help with stock enquiries, delivery information, faulty/damaged goods, returns, refunds, complaints and calibrations/repairs in process. We aim to answer all customer service enquiries via email within a maximum of 24 hours from receipt.
