Flexibility for your requirements

We have not been prescriptive about how you should set your folders up.

Unlike other property management software, Clouds UK Basic Manager gives you control over how folders are managed and maintained. You have full administration over how this works for you, no restrictive systems that frustrate you and restrict how you work.

Some clients prefer for us to give them our "standard" folder suggestions. That’s fine too – although it’s not long before we hear requests for another folder to be added. No problem - you are in charge of how it looks!

 

No license fees

Unlike other products we do not charge license fees for each user - you can have as many people on your Cloud as you like

Relax – it’s secure

All Clouds UK products are protected by SSL encryption – that’s the same security as online banks.

Access from anywhere

Wherever you are, as long as you have internet access you able to browse and manage your properties. We support all major internet browsers and operating systems including Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and Safari.

Free backup of your information

If your computer fails or is stolen you will still able to gain access to all of your information through an internet browser. If your information becomes corrupted, we are able to re-instate it in its correct form. If files are deleted by accident, we put it back where it should be.

No update costs

We are constantly improving our systems to reflect changes to the market. We do not charge for these upgrades and promise not to do so in the future.

No special software

You only need an internet browser to use our site – no downloads to install.
